Business owner, entrepreneur, success coach, two-time #1 best selling co-author, Ironman triathlete, father and husband. Brad started his first company at the age of 21, which included designing a new product, acquiring the investment capital necessary to finance the company’s operations, contracting with overseas manufacturers and heading up the US sales force.
In early 2004 he started a mortgage and real estate education company, where he spent the next decade working with people from all over the world. Brad and his team of experts would teach specifics on how they were buying and selling real estate. By 2012 Brad’s real estate companies had bought and sold more than a half billion in real estate.
As a true entrepreneur, while running his real estate company Brad started an online marketing and personal branding company MyMark™ which was sold in 2011. Then again in 2013, Brad became a founder and CEO of Map it Track It, Inc a mobile app company which enables businesses to better report and track their employees’ sales and canvassing efforts. Map It Track It is a real-time, location-based, tracking, reporting and intelligence gathering mobile application in the political, environmental, and door-to-door canvassing arenas.
In July 2017 Brad was brought on as the director of operations of a residential sales and install solar company called G3 Solar. After 6 months of running the operations and setting up all types of systems, Brad was appointed to the president of G3 Solar.
Brad currently runs the company G3 Solar and is helping the organization expand its sales and operations in more than 10 different US markets.
In addition, Mr. Hess sits on the board of directors and functions as the president of a non-profit 501(c)3 company dedicated to helping families who have lost loved ones due to cancer.
